There are many ways of making ice cream, each with its pros and cons. We've chosen not to cut any corners or transfer any cons onto you.
Therefore, we use methods that may be more challenging for us but result in the finest ice cream for you to enjoy. From start to finish, everything is handmade. We don't use any freezing at any step. While this makes preparation more difficult, as our ice creams are made daily and cannot be stored for more than a day, it also means that the result is the freshest and most flavor-rich gelato possible.
This puts us at the very least on the same level as other top ice cream makers in Prague, such as Puro Gelato, Angelato, Crème de la Crème, or Zmrzlinář. What truly sets us apart, we believe, is our personal approach:
